Costume Hiring Terms & Conditions

Please see below T&C’s for hiring our costumes.

1. When it comes to hiring our costumes, the start date you choose, will be the date the costumes arrive to you. The return date is the last day your costumes can be returned to us. For example, if your hire period is 1st – 14th of a month, we will make sure you receive them by the 1st of the month and the 14th of the month is the last day you’ll be able to return the costumes to us, any time after this will incur a late return fee of £5 per day and postage will need to be paid for again by the customer. (Please note if the late return lasts longer than 7 days, please see no.6.). Please also keep in mind that other Dance schools may have booked these costumes for the following week to your booking so it is really important to return on time).
2. For 8 costumes or less, postage will be sent via Royal Mail tracked 24 (£10 return postage). For 9 costumes or more, postage will be sent by DPD (£20 return postage). Postage payment will be made when purchasing your costumes. You will be sent the return label with your order.
3. Please do not wash the costumes, we wash and clean all costumes once returned to us.
4. Please look after the costumes during your hire period, we like to keep all hire costs affordable and in order for us to do this, all costumes need to be looked after during the rental period.
5. If a costume returns to us faulty/damaged, we will charge the original retail price of the costume.
6. If we receive no costume/costumes back after the 7 late days of returns, we will charge the full retail price of the costume/costumes.
7. If you would like to cancel your order, you have 14 days to cancel after you have placed the order for a full refund. This must be 28 days before your order is due to be sent. Any time after this we cannot fully refund, instead we can place a credit on your account for when you next need the costumes.
